W.o.m.e.n In-person (Day Hike & Gourmet Picnic Meal) Event Essentials



When preparing for a hike, it's important to remember to bring appropriate clothing and gear. You'll need warm layers for colder weather, including a base layer to control moisture and provide warmth like a second skin, a mid-layer to retain heat, and an outer layer for protection from wind, rain, and snow.



It's also important to stay hydrated, so don't forget to bring a water bottle or hydration system. Bring a day pack to carry your essentials like sunscreen, lip balm, sunglasses, and extra clothing. Make sure to pack a first-aid kit in case of emergency.



After your hike, we want to relax and enjoy Raquel's Gourmet Picnic Meal, bring a portable chair for comfort. Additionally, don't forget to bring any women's gear you own like sweatshirts, shirts, hats, beanies, blankets, a water bottle, and collapsible cups. And if you have a women's loyalty card, be sure to bring it along!




Beyond the essentials. Your phone and camera, you should also bring trekking poles, extra socks, and comfortable shoes for when you're done hiking and want to relax and eat. To ensure maximum comfort, bring an outdoor blanket that can protect you from any type of weather. It's always a good idea to stretch after a hike, so don't forget to bring a yoga mat, strap, or resistance band.
